Create your own unique, bespoke metro map with your friends/family homes marked, along with other personal touches that mean something to you and your friend/family group. We’ll help you refine it to a finished article, and you can order copies. Your personalised maps will not be available for general sale, only to you.
Step 1 – please be prepared for a bit of effort working with us from an initial idea all the way through to a delivered map from the printer. There will be a bit of ‘to and fro’ as we agree specifics. If you’re happy to proceed, please read on.
Step 2 – rough sketch your drawing, take a photo of it on your smartphone or add it to a word document and send it to wackymetro@outlook.com. Have a think about the the icons you might want to incorporate (stations, parks, rivers etc), and the colour and name of the lines. We worked recently with a customer on a small village in the Scottish Highlands who sent this initial sketch as an example;

Step 3 – we’ll review it and respond with any questions or politely suggest improvements. Hopefully, it’s a design we are confident we can work through to a completed map.
Step 4 – you can confirm for us to proceed to the drawing stage by confirming your order placement at our online shop here.
Step 5 – we’ll send you a draft version of the drawing to approve. You can make any changes you want at this stage, we’ll update it and you can review again. Repeat until you are happy with it.
Step 6 – confirm your final version.
Step 7 – we’ll print and post it to you.
Step 8 – you’ll receive your maps. The drawing of the Scottish Highland village mentioned above looked like this as a final map. The customer was delighted !!!
